In January 2006, Doukas kicked off his career in real estate with one of Dandenong’s leading Industrial & Commercial agencies, as a cadet in property management. After a successful year in Property Management, in 2007 Doukas was invited to join the Sales Team.  This is where Doukas found his calling!

A natural at connecting with people, Doukas swiftly developed loyal relationships with many landlords, vendors and tenants whilst also gaining respect and support of local property developers and builders. Dandenong became Doukas’ backyard, as his drive to make himself known and prove his dedication propelled him into success, he inevitably became known as a leading agent in Dandenong.  He credits honesty, drive and commitment for the reputation he has built, which has ensured he remains at the forefront of a niche and volatile role as an Industrial and Commercial agent.  The competition to survive as a respectable and dependable agent in Dandenong is a feat many have tried to achieve with no luck.  As such, Doukas’ success and longevity speaks for itself.
